ABOUT EAST VALLEY RV SPECIALISTS
East Valley RV Specialists was founded in 1989 by Dan Reagles and John Niederhauser in a three-bay facility across the street from our current location. At that time, Dan was the lone mechanic, John handled accounting, and one employee worked body and paint. That body man is still with the company.
As word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied customers rapidly spread, the need for expanded facilities became apparent. Our current, state-of-the-art facility commenced operations in September, 1997, and was constructed with the customer in mind. For example, our unique Customer Viewing area enables owners to observe work on their vehicles from a safe and comfortable location.
When John Niederhauser retired in 2002, Dan Reagles and his wife Sandy assumed sole ownership. Dan’s “hands-on” management approach and passion for solving challenging diagnostic problems has earned him the nickname “Fireman Dan” from the staff. Sandy handles accounting. payroll and marketing. The Reagles’ two sons also work for the company. The eldest, Jeremy, interned in 2006 as a Service Advisor and is now learning accounts receivable/payable and payroll. Younger brother Travis is also “hands-on” with everything and clearly inherited Dan’s mechanical skills. He enjoys visiting with customers and discuss the work that has been accomplished. •••
